This website www.cloverandblue.com.au (ABN 66 567 857 280) is constructed by Clover & Blue, hosted by third-party Squarespace. Throughout the website and other media platforms the terms “we”, “us” and “our” is utilised in reference to Clover & Blue. 
By visiting and accessing and/or using our Site, you agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy. Please read these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our Site if you do not agree to them. 
Variations: We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our Site. We recommend you check our Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms. Materials and information on this Site, hosted by Squarespace are subject to change without notice. 
Prohibited conduct: You must not do or attempt to do anything: that is unlawful; prohibited by any laws applicable to our Site; which we would consider inappropriate; or which might bring us or our Site into disrepute, including (without limitation):

Disputes: We sincerely hope to accommodate any concerns raised immediately. In the event of any dispute arising from, or in connection with, these Terms (Dispute), the party claiming there is a Dispute must give written notice to the other party setting out the details of the Dispute and proposing a resolution. Within 7 days after receiving the notice, the parties must meet at least once to attempt to resolve the dispute or agree on the method of resolving the dispute by other means, in good faith. If the parties do not resolve the Dispute, or (if the Dispute is not resolved) agree on an alternate method to resolve the Dispute, within 21 days after receipt of the notice, the Dispute may be referred by either party (by notice in writing to the other party) to lawsuit via Victorian Small Business Commission recommendations. 
Jurisdiction: Your use of our Site and these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts. 
Our Site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas.  We make no representation that our Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia.  If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access our Site.

When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments makes use of the following third party service providers which will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies:

Refunds

Clover and Blue aims to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, however, we understand that there are occasions when items may need to be returned for a store credit or refund (depending on the circumstances) so we have established the following policy to ensure this process is as simple as possible. In any circumstances where products require review please contact us within 7 days of receiving the purchase.  

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

If you receive an item that you did not order, or if the contents of your order are incorrect, we apologise for the inconvenience and are committed to making things right as quickly as possible. We will ask you to return the incorrect product and let us know if you would like us to: 
- send the correct item; or
- provide you with a refund.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Damaged Products (Damaged During Shipping)
We will always quality-check products prior to shipping. Despite our best efforts and those of our shipping partners to protect your products during transit, damages can sometimes occur. If your product arrives damaged as a result of the shipping process, we want to make it right. We will ask you to provide images of the package delivery (i.e photo of the damaged box prior to opening) and let us know if you would like us to: 
- send a replacement to you; or
- provide you with a refund.
Upon receipt of a returned item reported as damaged, we will perform a quality check to assess the extent of the damage and confirm it aligns with the customer's description. This check is crucial to ensuring that we address the issue appropriately and provide a solution such as a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the specific case and customer preference. If the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with the corrective action at no additional cost to the customer.

I HAVE ORDERED INCORRECTLY OR CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I RETURN MY GIFT PACKAGE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on items. In the instance of accidental incorrect orders please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss accommodating changes. Please note changes to orders are not possible if the order has already been shipped. 
Shipments occur within 1-5 business days of the order being processed. 

POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time.  Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will be effective from the date specified.
